"Very helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Rooms very clean and hotel also very clean. Well situated for the Metro (O’Donnell or Goya) and a short distance to the Retiro gardens. Easy to get to from the airport on Bus 203 (5 Euro per person when we took it). Lots of places to eat nearby & hotel food really good. Check out the cafes and bars in Goya. Gym small but plenty of apparatus - treadmill, 3 bikes, X-trainer, weights machine and weights. Highly recommend...

"We splurged on our last night in Madrid and stayed at the Only You Boutique Hotel. The staff is as friendly and gorgeous as the rooms are! The entire hotel is set decorated like a Wed Anderson film (but less annoying — lol). Location is pretty spectacular — close to everything we wanted to see. "Nice hotel in a great area, but our room smelled like raw sewage. They applied enzymes in the drains, so it seems it is not a new issue. Did not work. Room should never have been given to a customer. Reception did not do anything to help beyond the enzymes which worked for an hour or two and then the stench came back. Never going back"

"The room was small & smelled musty. The AC did not work so we opened the balcony door in order to let some cool air in to sleep. The noise from the street was loud so eventually we shut the door & slept well after that. No wash cloths were provided (they were at the H10 in Barcelona). The lobby & breakfast area restrooms were out of toilet paper on two occasions.
