The H10 de la Reina is our favourite place to stay in Madrid. It is a beautiful boutique property very well located to several wonderful neighborhoods. There is shopping close by and easy to get to museums. Lots of great restaurants close by and within walking distance. The hotel itself is charming. The lobby and bar area are inviting. Very god choice that makes our experience of Madrid even better.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel… we only stay here when we travel to Madrid. It brings the best of a boutique experience. The lobby and lobby bar are inviting and guests actually enjoy them. The staff are friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome. Breakfast are well done.. tge various breads are delicious. Dinner in the lobby bar is well done. The rooms are very comfortable, lovely little balconies with double doors and the washrooms are spacious (love the tiles). Very well located on the Gran Via. Easy walking to great shopping, neighbourhoods, restaurants and the easy to use subway system. Bravo!

The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. Cabs were easy to get if needed. The staff was terrific. They recommended a delicious restaurant nearby and were so accommodating when we only had time for a quick breakfast vs the full buffet.

Our stay at H10 in Madrid was excellent from start to finish. We arrived before check-in expecting to leave our luggage, but to our surprise, our room was already ready. We were assigned Room 606 with a private rooftop balcony, which made our stay even more special. Gonzalo greeted us warmly and took our luggage to our room before we had even finished checking in. Angelo was exceptional—not only was the check-in process smooth, but he was also incredibly helpful and informative throughout our two-night stay. Along with Adriana, they made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came and went. The hotel's location on Gran Vía is fantastic, making it easy to walk to Madrid's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Considering the location and level of service, we found it to be a great value. The outstanding hospitality from the staff truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend H10 to anyone visiting Madrid and would gladly stay here again.
