Staff was excellent! Breakfast and free coffee bar was also excellent. Rooms were very clean. Downside to hotel was distance from the attractions, no air conditioning and the bathroom has a glass door which isn’t very private.

The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center.

I don’t even know where to begin — ARTIEM Madrid Hotel completely blew me away. Staying there felt so perfect that I honestly didn’t want to leave… I wanted to live there. Everything was absolutely on point. The room was spotless, the blankets smelled amazing, and even the pillows were unbelievably comfortable. You can tell they pay attention to every detail.
