"This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property. The breakfast buffet was great- lots of choice with polished service. This is definitely one of the more beautiful upscale properties in La Fortuna. We had several tours...

"I was not sure what to except in the small town of La Fortuna. The hotel offered a beautiful landscaped breathtaking scene of the volcan. Although while we were there it rained every day we did get a sneak peak one morning of the volcano. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The pool was used by the kids every day, even in the rain. "Room was clean, had a safe, pool was a good size, breakfast included was good and the free entrance to the hot springs at their sister hotel Volcano Lodge was a nice plus. Front desk and breakfast staff were quite lovely, we enjoyed our stay. I'm a light sleeper so I was awaken when someone was checking out around 6am but my room was next to the entrance so theres that! We would stay again :) close proximity to everything was great."

"Clean, large room. Friendly staff helped to book outings and transportation. No A/C which I was worried about but did not need due to cooler nighttime temperatures. Excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed our large private patio. Most outstanding grounds, hidden from main road, flowers and plants everywhere. Easy walk into Santa Elena."

"This hotel was great for our stay in Monteverde. It was a bit removed from the middle of town but close enough. Our tours were only 10-20 mins drive away. Staff were incredibly helpful and even improvised breakfast for a day we had a very early start. "
