Clean room and excellent housekeeping with a beautiful backyard to our hotel room, overlooking arenal volcano! The included breakfast buffet was delicious with many options, fresh juice and ripe fruit. The restaurant was a little expensive, and there’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance of the resort. The hot springs weren’t particularly busy when I went, and they were like warm bath water. I tried all except for the hottest at the very top, there were 11 pools total. It’s a nice resort for what you pay, and beautiful, well maintained grounds! Thank you

The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch. The view of the Arenal Volcano is tremendous. The gardens are well maintained. The hot springs are enjoyable. There is a hot pool next to the pool bar is fun. There was an exciting dance show. Ext to the oool on Saturday night. The excursion cans picked us up at the hotel lobby.

Excellent location, wonderful amenities and lovely staff. We went there with our 5 year old kids and had a wonderful time. The rooms are very well equipped and accompanied with a porch that has wonderful views. I only wish they had microwave in the rooms but the staff was kind to get our milk heated for the kids. Loved the place and will certainly be our go to spot when we visit La Fortuna again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort and wish we could have stayed longer. We traveled as a family with a pre-teen. They had everything we needed on site. The room was quiet and clean with a great view. We enjoyed the hot springs and wet bar and "snack" restaurant's wood fired pizza. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious hot food and fresh fruit.

Beautiful grounds. Loved the variety of hot springs and views of arenal. Pool was nice. Private cottages. Exceeded my expectations. Slightly away from the town (shopping and restaurants) so you will have to rely on Ubers if not driving which during busy times and high traffic can take a while to get places. area is not pedestrian friendly. Breakfast is wonderful with lots of variety.
