"Excellent location. This was one of the few properties in the area that had a room for five people. It’s a typical NYC hotel room, but the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. They give two complementary bottles of water and there is a small refrigerator in the room. Storage for your luggage is under the bed. The hotel also offers a small café, which is convenient. "

"Very friendly staff. Restaurant has amazing food. Rooms were clean and stocked everyday. Security for the building checks hotel keys prior to entry after 10pm so that not just anyone can enter hotel area and access elevators, escalators. Front desk immediatley responded to a need I had. The concierge staff was friendly and very helpful. When I return to NYC, I will definitely stay at The Westin again."
