"The location of the property is best.. it is right in time square and easy access to places to eat. Breakfast was included and good quality food and multiple places. Rooms were decent. Only thing is that they were out of body wash but they provided soap bars."

"Me and my family were very satisfied with our stay at the RIU. It was very clean and our room was cleaned daily and we were left with plenty of clean towels. The location was also perfect for what we were there for."

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"Hervorragende Lage, nähe, Timesquare. Einfache, etwas veraltete Ausstattung, aber sauber und zweckmäßig. Gutes Housekeeping würde jederzeit wiederkommen."
