"The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t serve breakfast. The bed was a little hard but other than that it was a good place to stay. Close to Time Square and Most theaters. I would recommend it and would stay again."

"Location is great. Close to M&M building where stop number 1 is for the Big Red Bus. We were on the 7th floor but did not hear any street noise, and there was no noise heard from other rooms. Very comfortable big bed. Great shower. Breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty to choose from. Loved our trip to New York and staying at Citizem M was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We would without a doubt stay here again."

"The Marriott Marquis Times Square is super convenient because it's right in the middle of everything. The staff is really friendly. The room was spacious and clean. We even caught "Stranger Things: The First Shadow" at the hotel, it was cool to see such a great show without having to go far. If you're looking for a great stay in NYC, this place is a great choice!"
