I like the old style size of rooms and hallways at Penn. The rooms are larger than most affordable hotels so you have space to move around. Bed was very comfortable. This was my second visit and I have not yet been disappointed. Only complaint would be the ‘free breakfast’ ..being you have to walk ...

The lady in the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. The design of the room is high-tech and fancy, though we have troubles controlling the temperature. The hotel is conveniently located near Grand Central station. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Also they offer complementary breakfast or cocktails. Highly recommended

Staff was nice. Hotel was ok. Location was great!

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were well designed. I would have liked more sound proofing between the rooms as our neighbors liked to play loud music. We complained to the staff who handled it perfectly.

Well I was hoping for a better City View, we were looking at the 911 memorial which was nice but I was hoping for more of Time Square view and that direction

Hotel is in a very good location. It is also on top of grand central station which makes traveling via subway easier.

Pleasantly surprised. Room was much nicer than expected. VERY CLEAN. Can't beat the location. Would return.

Stayed at Paramount for the first time in 1994 and i still like it. you cant beat the location. Rooms are good and clean. I get there will be some wear as all the people that come through, but mattresses, A/C fan, plumbing could use some updating, but not a deal breaker.

Location Close to Times Square, Empire State Building, and grand central Station

Property is conveniently located near Rockefeller Center and Radio City. staff not overly friendly. But could have just been the extremely busy time and holiday.
