"Family was impressed with the hotel top to bottom. Check-in was easy and EARLY (Thank you!). Everyone we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Elevator system is way ahead of others, very efficient. Room was spacious (2 double beds), clean, no signs of wear. Was just a brieg one night stay, but we all said we'd return!"

"I reserved city view and I was far from seeing “city” as looking out the window, we were surrounded by other buildings that you can see inside. Bathtub was rusted. And was not properly cleaned as there was hair. It is not soundproof as you can hear the people in the hall and the next room as if they were inside your room. All I can say is false advertisement. Lobby was beautiful but beyond that, not what I was expecting as 1 night was pricey. "
