"The concierge and bellmen were very friendly, prompt and polite. The hotel is amazing, especially the gym (why I picked it!) My daughter loved the glass elevators you could view the floors with. Easy access to all things NYC, right by major Subways and heart of Times Square. Will stay again next time."

"Clean and modern rooms. Nice rooftop bar with good service to match. Amenities boxes in the room were present but empty for some reason. Late checkout is only till 13:00 after which it’s chargeable which was a disappointing “benefit” of the travel rewards company used for the booking. Excellent location and friendly staff, mostly."

"We came an early 8am because of our flight. Drop the bags to the doorman. Checkin was fast at 3pm. Boutique hotel, close to madness of time square but very quiet. We did not hear a sound and slept well. The doorman was very pleasant spoke Spanish and English. I expected the room to be small with kind of a closet bathroom. I was wrong. Room was spacious enough for our stay. Bed and pillow were comfortable. I loved the bathroom. Very elegant and functional. Don’t even worry that hotel don’t serve...
