"While the service and location were both excellent, I was disappointed to be put in the dog wing literally. I didn’t book a dog room. Don’t have a dog. Chose this hotel for views which were on the east wing our room was in the west aka dog wing. Spa service was fantastic! Onsen experience was super relaxing. All good except for being with dogs!"

"Super clean room. Breakfast buffet offers many different dishes that change everyday. Soaking in the large Onsen bath help recover from long walks and stress from traveling."

"Everything of the hotel is great only how to get to hotel is a bit difficult if you don't drive your own car."

"Nos encantó hermoso"

"Beautiful Rakuten"

"Beautiful peaceful stay. The staff was so sweet and supportive. The property was a dream!"

Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...
