"Betten sehr hart. Lichtstörung hinter dem TV sowie bei Zimmertürer. Sehr ringhörig. Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück okay. Preis-Leistung super und Lage auch"

"Good location. Good English staff. Breakfast needs improvement. The room smells like kitchen because guests are allowed to bring breakfast to the room. I spent 2 nights to open the window and drive the smell away."

"Beautiful Rakuten"

"This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

"Super clean room. Breakfast buffet offers many different dishes that change everyday. Soaking in the large Onsen bath help recover from long walks and stress from traveling."
