"We appreciated the period covered by the hotel through various iterations through to the current hotel. The artefacts, music and indoor/outdoor rooms for guests to relax and sit in are a standout especially with period pieces of furniture, displays including clocks and porcelain as well as images through time add to the significant character of the hotel. Add to this, charming, helpful and engaging staff and you have a great stay. Shout out to Alan, Bella and others who made our stay...

"Beautiful hotel located at a convenient spot in Old Town. Room was surprisingly very spacious. Staff at Hawa House made sure we have freshly stocked drinking water and new towels every day. Would definitely stay at Hawa House again next time I go to Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone!"

"Seen better days! "

"While the property looks great in the photos and description, what we arrived to and what all guests will find is far from what’s been advertised and what is paid for. The lobby is dirty, unkept, the floor is duct taped all over, and unwelcoming. The customer service was...
