Warm, caring and friendly staff, amazing location, and just generally really enjoyed my stay here! If I’m ever in Phuket, I’ll definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Isara hotel!
Good quiet location to stay at Old Phuket. Minutes walking distance to all eateries, shopping and iconic buildings.

Liked: Staff & service
Not so much like the photos, but was a good place for a night. Inside a boutique flower shop with a very small room and bathroom. Somewhat clean. Great, welcoming staff
Great commutation prior to arriving. Booked us a taxi to the airport. Staff was very friendly. Hotel in a cool part of old Phuket. Highly recommend this place.
The place was very cozy and it’s got a nice creative touch! Slightly different to all other places. The location was also really good - central but the without any noisy bar round the corner. The service was very friendly. The rooms was also very clean and with a nice bathroom. Id definitely stay again!
This is a nice Botique hotel in Phuket old town. It has a florist shop and little Koi pond in the diminutive lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee shops available after 8:00am. Original Thai breakfast across the street at 7:00am. Easy walking to the center of town.
I like it v unique concept with florist as a front. Hotel room was decent and service was personalised. Appreciate it!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel is in a good location and the staff is really nice however, the property lacks maintenance, the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room, and it's in general bad shape.
Grrat option for Phuket town for being close to all of the shops and the Sunday Market. The cafe at the front is lovely ans the rooms are spacious. There is no storage space, however, in the rooms so nowwhwre to hang up clothes or drawers to put anything away. Air conditioning works well and is quiet which is good.

Staff not helpful when a problem arose, too understaffed
Happy with the Hotel. Breakfast was advertised as lucrative but we did enjoy it. Breakfast was pre-packed, cold, authentic Thai breakfast. No buffet or options to choose from. We were provided with cold noodles which were inedible and soggy sweet treats. There were no other options. No hot drinks were provided. Hotel met up to its expectations but breakfast did not.

Privat villa
The villa we stayed in was a cozy spot for two, tucked away in a quiet backyard, offering a peaceful retreat. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. The place was a bit over-decorated with unnecessary items like empty books, which felt pointless. The toilet lid was visibly dirty, and I would recommend the hotel consider using more hygienic alternatives for their bins. The living room sofa, designed like festival seating with space for bottles on either side, felt out of place and poorly positioned. The carpet didn’t belong either, as it just collected dust and didn’t seem properly cleaned. There were also some areas that appeared unfinished, with minor damages here and there.
Despite these shortcomings, we had a decent stay for the days we were there.
This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment I arrived. The entrance was run-down, dirty, and clearly neglected—definitely not the charming “boutique” vibe advertised online. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
The smell was the worst part. There was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property, including inside the room, and it was impossible to ignore. To make matters worse, there’s a flower shop in the front that added an unusual and overwhelming mix of scents that somehow made everything even more unpleasant, not charming.
The room itself also had a terrible smell that lingered the entire stay and made it hard to relax or even sleep comfortably. This place felt nothing like the photos on Expedia, which were completely misleading and did not reflect the hotel’s current condition at all.
I was genuinely annoyed that I stayed here and felt misled by the listing. This property needs serious cleaning, maintenance, and honesty in its advertising. I would not stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
Definitely not what we expected. Very cute but very small and old. We paid to upgrade to the Villa, which was much better, and was the only way to use the pool.
Mainly our short stay would have been better if the staff were friendly.
Overall it was fine, the charm of the building, florist, cafe was the main pull.
