A charming family-owned boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Phuket, but not swarmed by tourist traffic. And because the building locates away from the street, itโ€™s so quiet and peaceful. Canโ€™t ask for a better location if you wanted to stay in the old town. Everything is within a walking distance including diff bus lines to the airport or famous beaches.

No elevator, so if you get a room on the ground floor, itโ€™s the best value for a hotel available in all of Phuket. Staff is super friendly, location is perfect in phuket old town, what more could you ask for. We stayed 4 nights.

Good that the hotel has parking. Room is clean and in the middle of Phuket old town, easily accessible. Mattress is a bit too hard, but all other things are great. We will be returning customers.

Good location. Nothing spectacular about it. Very tiny balcony. Nowhere to sit. Pool is off to the side and quiet but chairs are extremely uncomfortable and donโ€™t promote sitting for long to lounge. You literally have a bed for the night and need to go out to be able to relax. I wouldnโ€™t stay for more than a night again.

Perfect location in the center of Old Town, Phuket. Friendly and helpfful staff. No frills accommodation in vintage building that is slightly set back from street with private courtyard and entry. Very safe. Rooms are basic and on smaller side but clean and have powerful AC. Onsite pool and lounge area is quaint and secluded but I did not use it. Great place to drop your bags and enjoy Old Town. Staff will help organize excursions and transportation.

We had a good stay here. We had a pool access room which was nice to go straight into the pool after a day of sight seeing. The only negative is itโ€™s quite near the reception area and you can hear a lot so I would advise earplugs. I put them in the second night and slept much better. Great location for the old town and definitely go to the Sunday night market!

The room was generally clean but the window blinds and lamps could use dusting off. The bathroom had a fan but no air conditioning and stayed very hot unless we either opened the door to the room. Also a mild sewer smell emits in the bathroom. Street noise (cars and market place) can be heard up to the 4th floor (ours). Be warned, No elevator! We were only there for a couple of nights to experience Sunday night market. Good food but also crazy crowded. Our reservation was made in September but was cancelled in January (reason problem with card payment- there was not). When I re-booked, the price went up. Called Expedia and was told to contact the hotel. Not able to do so due to time difference and my work schedule. When we got to the facility we were told to contact Expedia. Price difference was not resolved. ๐Ÿ˜” Still recommend the place due to its location.
