"All good"

"Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door."

"Die Unterkunft war in einem hervorragenden Zustand, gepflegt und das Zimmer makellos sauber und sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war typisch für Japan recht klein, aber es war alles da was man brauchte und das Bett war gemütlich. Es gab ein Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr leckeren Speisen. "Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!"

"Buffet breakfast was very tasty and had both Japanese and American version. Additionally, the complimentary evening drinks and sweets in the lounge were very much appreciated ."

"The hotel overall is good location also convenience to get into station and restaurants The guest room is big"

"Great stay in the heart of Ginza. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot spring bath was a perfect way to unwind after a day of walking, and the breakfast was a nice. Location couldn't be better — steps from shopping, dining, and the station. Would happily stay here again."

"The Mesm Tokyo was wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The staff, the property, the experience were all over the top"
