We had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tokyo. Although the hotel is about a 10-minute taxi ride from Ginza, where we planned to spend most of our time, it was absolutely worth it. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning water views. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and breakfast was a highlight. We also had dinner at one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the food was fantastic. The pool and outdoor hot tub were fantastic as well and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a beautiful hotel with great service, excellent dining, and wonderful facilities. We would happily stay here again!

I’ve been traveling the world my whole life and have stayed in 5 star resorts all over. This was hands down one of the best big city hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room and hotel was gorgeous, pool and spa was superb, food outstanding, and much more. The secret bar was a huge plus as well. Well done Fairmont!

WOW! Most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at, and easily the best in Tokyo. We booked a Gold Suite, and we got gold treatment. It was a level of luxury incomparable to anywhere else we have stayed (and we have stayed at the Atlantis the Royal). Just so incredible, from an amazing executive lounge with so many staff to attend to your needs, a huge room that could fit my whole family, and everything was clean and perfect. They gave us a breakfast box to go because we were checking out before we could enjoy the breakfast buffet. We will return again !!!

Our stay at the Fairmont Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities and elegant design. What I loved most, though, was returning after a full day of exploring the energy and excitement of Tokyo to the peaceful waterfront views. It created such a calming atmosphere and made it feel like you could truly unwind, rather than being surrounded by the hustle and bustle of the city. It was the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

We had an amazing stay at the Fairmont. The hotel is beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning. We stayed for a week and were out most nights, but loved coming back to such a comfortable, luxurious space. The spa and gym were excellent and really added to the experience. We’ve also stayed at the Fairmont in Monaco and truly love the Fairmont brand — it never disappoints. We would happily stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100 out of 10!!! The Fairmont Tokyo is on another level. We’ve stayed in some of the most unique and exclusive properties on earth, and somehow the Fairmont Tokyo still managed to reset the bar. This wasn’t just a great hotel stay, it was the most incredible city stay we’ve ever had, anywhere. From the moment we walked in, everything felt unreal in the best way. The storybook‑perfect windows framing Tokyo Tower look like something out of a dream. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed that you feel yourself exhale the second you step inside. And the beds...I don’t know what kind of sorcery they’re using, but they melt like butter and erase jet lag on contact. Service is where they truly separate themselves. Every interaction felt warm, intuitive, and above‑and‑beyond without ever being over the top. It’s rare to feel both completely taken care of and completely at home, but they’ve mastered that balance.

The hotel is new and gorgeous our suite was magnificent. The California king bed huge new perfect views from the room expansive waterfront from floor to ceiling windows. As fabulous as the place is including pool, gym, gold lounge, what makes this place so special is an amazing gracious attentive staff trying their best at all times to please. The gold lounge is a pleasure, fine champagnes on tap, delicious breakfasts, lunch, high tea, cocktails. We are not easy to please, we have high standards and know what good is. We felt truly welcomed and our hi expectations were consistently exceeded. This is a five star hotel unquestionably worthy of that designation. The area is a little quieter than busy districts which are 8 minutes away by taxi. If you are looking for busy shopping malls and crowded restaurant streets right out your door you will be disappointed. For our family, no complaints and high praise after a 10-day stay!

My stay at Fairmont Tokyo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, I genuinely felt like royalty. Every detail of the experience reflected care, refinement, and a level of hospitality that is increasingly rare to find. The hotel itself is stunning — brand new, impeccably clean, modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed in every respect. The attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable, from the beautifully curated interiors to the calm, luxurious atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at ease. The elevated views over Tokyo only add to the experience. What truly made the stay unforgettable, however, was the people. Jane at the front desk was absolutely fabulous — warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect.Housekeeping maintained the room flawlessly each day, always with incredible care and precision. The bell staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. A very special thank you as well to Elaine del Rosario from in-room dining, who went above and beyond throughout my stay. No request ever felt too small or too ridiculous — every need was met with kindness, efficiency, and grace. That level of personalized service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a truly memorable experience. Yet as a vegetarian, the food choices were very limited and the spa far too pricey. Nonetheless, bravo!

The property itself was beyond amazing—stylish, spacious, beautifully designed, and absolutely breathtaking views of Tokyo and the bay and even the mountains in the distance. They just opened a month ago so they were still working out the kinks in service and information availability. The hidden cocktail bar with vinyl djs was really special. They need to rethink their no-tattoo rule in the pool. At the very least, since this hotel is catering to Westerners not just Japanese folks, they should set up tattoo-friendly hours. It was ridiculous to have to wear rash guards in the pool for the amount of money we were spending. But really the views were just phenomenal, that was worth a lot. Location is a bit off the tourist route which isn’t a bad thing. The train is just a short walk to get around. And I noticed they had bicycles to borrow (or maybe rent?) which would be nice when the weather isn’t hot.
