"All good"

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!"

"Buffet breakfast was very tasty and had both Japanese and American version. Additionally, the complimentary evening drinks and sweets in the lounge were very much appreciated ."

"The hotel overall is good location also convenience to get into station and restaurants The guest room is big"

"The staff at the hotel front didn’t much interact with the quest due to automated check in and check out. The room I booked is quite comfortable size and I love the bathroom so much. Air Conditioning is separated from the main system so you can adjust cool and heat mode as you want and still can open the window as well. Location is very good, 5-7 minutes to JR station and also metro line. Close to many convenient stores and restaurants. (Seems this location is the office area so you may see a...

"Great stay in the heart of Ginza. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot spring bath was a perfect way to unwind after a day of walking, and the breakfast was a nice. Location couldn't be better — steps from shopping, dining, and the station. Would happily stay here again."

"Situated in good location. Close to metro and JR station (10 minutes walk). The room is clean and has more space compare to business hotel but lack of dressing and grooming area. There're several choices of restaurants by the corner."
