"The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure"

"Le propriétaire est très sympa l’une de mes meilleurs adresses du Japon. Je recommande plus qu’assez, incontournable. Merci de cet accueil exceptionnel."

"Worth it."

"Tolles Hotel mit für Japan sehr großem Dreier-Zimmer. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Burg in Gehreichweite, ebenso sehr gute italienische Bar nebenan (Espresso und Frühstück!) und 7/11. Absolute Empfehlung"

"This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."

"It’s so good place to stay. Very convenient to everywhere…"

"Had a really good experience staying here. We are very picky with cleanliness but can say this place was spotless. Our room was also very spacious, and featured a japanese style shower which was super cool (and absolutely spotless as well!). The staff was also very kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here - we had a very comfortable stay as a family with a young child. The only thing to note for short stays is they have fees for housekeeping, fees for late check out, and...

"This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place."

"We had adequate space for 3 people- one room is mats only. The shower and tub is fabulous. You have good access to stations and buses. We had one day where the air conditioner wasn’t working right but staff were able to remedy that, The only disappointment was the staff would not call a taxi for us."

"遅めのチェックインが難しい"

"I typically travel to Kyoto for sightseeing, and of course, delicious cuisine, so this review is based on those motives. Typically I choose a spot close to Kyoto Station as I like to hop on a train and visit all of the lovely spots that Kyoto has to offer, so I'm used to being in a location with a lot of easy access to transportation as well as food, and staying at S-Peria was a new experience for me. I'll list different criteria in case it helps with your travels. Location - Not bad. If we...
