"Nice hotel in a convenient location, very close & walkable to all attractions in Lisbon, nice neighbourhood, all stuffs in the room are provided esp. with the daily drinking water, very plenty & variety of breakfast every morning, all are made fresh daily esp. with the pastries & breads, and newly baked egg tarts every morning, with fresh fruits & juices, these are really superb, also with the friendly staffs in the dining room & the front desk. Will definitely come back to stay here again for...
"The location is centrally located, very close to Santa Justa lift, just a few easy downhill short blocks from Praca de Comercio and waterfront. Great breakfast in the attached restaurant. Front desk Staff are always present and cheerfully helpful. "

"Just wonderful. Everything was great. The staff friendly and accommodating. The location right in the center of the historic center. Just minutes walk from food, pastries, the water, the cathedral, transportation. The room is the perfect balance of chic and contemporary. We were in room 12 on the first floor and honestly couldn't be happier. Im a big guy, 6'ft 4" (193cm) and the shower was one of the best showers I've fit in ever, in any hotel. Esquina Urban Lodge would get 6 stars if I could."
"My husband and I stayed at Memmo Alfama for our honeymoon in Lisbon, and it was the most wonderful hotel experience either of us have ever had. The staff were extremely attentive and polite, they made our entire 8-day stay feel special and celebratory. The food and drinks offered by the Hotel restaurant and bar were out of this world, the views were unmatched, it was unbelievably quiet given the fact we were in the middle of Lisbon. It's in a beautiful, walkable, historic neighborhood in Lisbon...
"Staff was so kind and the hotel was very clean! We were in a populated area and did not find the noise to be bad whatsoever!! Granted we were out for most of the days but had no trouble sleeping at night as the businesses nearby also close early, and because the area is populated we felt very safe when coming back late at night! "We stayed in the terrace suite, Santa Catarina. The view was literally the best view in Lisbon and we didn’t want to leave the patio. The staff was amazing and they took care of the luggage, but still a bit of up and down and not great if you have mobility issues. Only drawback was 5-6 flights of stairs and no elevator. Service was fantastic"
"Amazing! The hotel is very well located near all the attractions, restaurants (Pizza Alif Kebab, …) and metro stations (Baixa-Chiado and Rossio). The area is safe and clean right in the center. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was really kind."
