Blown away by the friendliness of the staff. Offered us a Portuguese custard tart and a glass of wine at checkin. No other hotel in 50+ years has done that for me. And as a returning guest we got a special surprise too. You’ll have to find out for yourself. Only suggestion is post instructions for using the coffee machine. I wasted 2 pods before I figured it out.

The location was great. But lobby was tonight and our room was located in another building close by. Room had a nice bored. But was noisy with music until 11:15 pm. It served our needs for a two night stay. The staff was friendly and stored our luggage until mid afternoon even though we checked out in the morning. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel is lovely and centrally located to everything! In the description it mentioned a hotel shuttle which was part of our decision to book, but was notified after that it was an additional charge if 45 euro (fyi we took an uber for 15 euro). That charge should be better advertised.
