There were minor things about this property that were not agreeable: balcony had 1 old wooden chair that was cracked and did not feel safe sitting on, and one room chair. I would have been great to have a small table and 2 good condition chairs for the balcony to enjoy sitting outside as the room itself is very small. There is litterally no space in the room, no space for a small desk to work on or even have coffee on, just a narrow bar under the TV. We had to plug the kettle either on the floor or in the washroom because the cable was too short. Also cleaning service never replenished the coffee. Also, you should not have to ask for VIP benefits (2 beverages); they should just give you a voucher to use anytime. You end up forgetting you have them... I'm sure they're ok with this.
Other than that, the service, room, and location were great. Walk-out and you have a cafe bakery (Copenhagen Cafe), restaurants, and sight-seeing at your feet.
