Very comfortable and clean basic bedroom within a shared apartment unit including a kitchen. Communication with property manager was excellent and he was able to arrange an early check in which was greatly appreciated after an overnight red eye flight.

Everything is excellent. We loved the location of this apartment, literally only minutes to many attractions, public transportations, restaurants and market! Definitely would recommend this place (get a private bathroom unit if you are lucky)

Conveniently located , close to metro and historical sites It is 5 rooms to 1 bathroom. You can here other people in the apartment. Also it is very noice outside till very late night Very close to everything in the historical district. And cheap. Communications with staff is very efficient. Place is clean.

The location is great for walking around the area. However, you will not be able to be dropped off at the front and will have to walk a block or couple depending on where you get dropped off at. It's not an issue, just something to be aware of.

Ótimo atendimento, anfitrião ágil e prestativo. O local é bem localizado, limpo e confortável. O acesso ao quarto é um pouco diferente, vc entra por uma loja, mas tudo foi nos explicado de forma clara. No geral, uma boa estadia. Não dou 5 estrelas pois as toalhas de banho e rosto estavam úmidas.

Eingang nicht einfach zu finden (ist in einem Shop). Das geteilte Bad ist bei uns nur durch die Haupttür erreichbar, was nachts manchmal nervig war. Ansonsten top Lage.

Es gibt keine Rezeption und lediglich eine Info im Kleingedruckten, dass man das Gästehaus 48 Stunden vor check-in eigenständig kontaktieren muss. Diese Info ist eigenständig kaum auffindbar, sodass wir vor dem Problem standen, nicht einchecken zu können. Als wir dann mithilfe des Kundenservices die Codes erhalten haben, mussten wir feststellen, dass wir nicht wie gebucht ein Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer zugeteilt bekommen haben, sondern eins mit Gemeinschaftsbad. Als wir die Gastgeber darauf angesprochen haben, haben sie sich lange geweigert einzugestehen, dass hier ein Fehler passiert ist, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und einsichtig zu zeigen. Nur weil wir uns weiterhin beschwert haben, haben wir schließlich eine Teilerstattung erhalten (peinliche 13 Euro). Die Lage des Gästehauses ist wirklich gut aber ich kann es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Location, location, location. The manager was very attentuve and checked in with us before, during and after. He could check the shower drain as its slow. But this is often the issue with European ancient plumbing.

Beautiful apartment, even better location

Great location in Lisbon! It isn't clearly labeled outside so might be tricky to find but they communicated everything extremely clearly so I was able to find it right away. Each space (room, kitchen, living room, bathroom) was clean and tidy. Perfect cozy spot!
