The shuttle driver was very pleasant and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about Lisbon and made sitting in traffic more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Check in for the apartment was at The Lisbon Wine Hotel next door. We were able to leave our luggage until we could gain access as we had arrived early. Staff at the hotel (both reception and bar staff) were really friendly and helpful and we were even offered a complimentary check-in wine/beer which was a lovely touch.
