"Customer service was excellent."

"지하철에서 도보걸이로 가까웠고 시설이 다 편리했습니다 다만 거미가 들어와 있어서 깜짝 놀랐습니다"

"Since we were not informed in advance that dinner reservations were required when booking the room, we missed dinner and were told upon arrival that all slots were fully booked. Dinner was a key reason we chose this hotel, so this was particularly disappointing. Additionally, there was construction noise outside the hotel during the night, which affected our stay."

"At first it is an unassuming location. However, it is near an area with a ton of shopping, food, and other things that can keep you entertained for a while. The place was clean, staff amazing, and laundry was unique but useful! A bit far from most tourist attractions but that was what made it worth it! Will absolutely be staying here again!"

"This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place."

"This small hotel is really cute. The rooms are clean, equipped and super nice! The staff was really helpful and polite. They have breakfast and they have 2 light meals during the day which were good and perfect for what they are. Really happy with the property and the experience. I loved the bathtub with view on the interior garden."

"Lovely place to stay in an area of Kyoto that’s close to a few large, beautiful shrines. Really great room complemented by a wonderful, helpful staff. Would love to stay here again!"
