"Bed bugs. I am leaving with bed bug bites on my hands and wouldn't be surprised if they spread. I stayed here for 3 days, arrived, and there was no fitted sheet, simply just a cushioned thing on the mattress, and I could see the bare mattress. It was disgusting, and the toilet seat was not even connected to the actual toilet base. Past 10PM, there was no one at the front desk, which I believe is a huge safety issue. There are no in-room phones, and my room didnt get cleaned once. Most hotels do daily cleanings, and I wouldn't be surprised if they barely cleaned between guests. While this hotel is aesthetic, it's disgusting and clearly unclean. Do not stay here. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were small (which we expected) but clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was beautiful. "

"It was a great stay and the staff was just wonderful. The only issue was that it was kind of noisy in the room. Nothing crazy but not the silence I'm used to in hotels."
