Nice, clean, and quiet place, very private with excellent service from the staff. In fact, we arrived very early in the morning, and they did not hesitate to welcome us and find a secure place for our luggage since the room was not available at that early hour. They offered a delightful coffee at any time of day. Located in a highly convenient area, just a 7-minute walk to Rome Termini and close to the Repubblica Metro. There's a restaurant for breakfast just steps from the hotel, along with many shops and points of interest within walking distance. The room was large, which is not typical for Rome, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was not functioning.

The room itself was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We did not receive instructions on how to get in and that was very tricky. Luckily a man staying in another hotel showed us what to do. Strangest of all, my original Samsung charger plug was taken, but a cheap one was left in its place.

Loves its location and close proximity to most of the sites and Roma Termini. Stunning views and super quaint esp the old fashioned elevator! Everything was cozy, comfortable and clean: Also. Staff were always responsive to our questions and helpful with any recommendations. Truly a hidden gem and the only things you definitely need are how to get in/find it bc it’s very well hidden and the code (must email them explicitly before your stay if you is not receive this info), and also how to use the safe once you are in and the wifi password, which all were things that easily could have been emailed ahead of time and/or left in the room in a welcome binder so as not to keep bothering them. There are also limited staff available but good thru What’s App. Still recommend as it’s beautiful once inside! ❤️

We loved our stay at Relais La Maison De Luxe in Rome. The room was very big and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The amenities (good quality shampoo and shower gel, slippers, etc.) were a nice touch. It's an old building but it is very charming. The place was very accurate to the photos and descriptions so no bad surprises. I also have to point out the excellent service of Joeffrey at the desk. He was so welcoming, polite and so helpful with the check in. He also gave excellent recommendations of places to explore and eat in Rome. The hotel itself is just 10 minutes away from Termini Train station and you can walk to many landmarks like the Colosseum and the Fountain of Trevi. Highly recommended!

Staff is great! Very helpful and made everything super easy for us. The room was very nice and clean, the reception area is small but has a nice seating area and an excellent coffee machine that you can use all day. Makes great espresso, americanos, hot chocolate and more! I love the area that this hotel is located in, we walked to the Termini Train Station, and we could walk to the Trevi Fountain and other places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay here again.
