The Residence is gorgeous and right near the Coliseum and other historic sites that make it very easy to walk around. There are also many delicious restaurants and gelato shops nearby that make this one of the best places to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely book here again when I am in Rome!
I can’t say enough about what a wonderful day we had! The hosts were very helpful and kept in communication . The room was very clean and spacious. The location of the accommodations was very central to everything that a tourist would want to see. There were great restaurants and wine bars on the same street. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anybody visiting room for the first time.
A lovely spotless place, extremely friendly staff, communication brilliant, helped organise transfer from airport and to the cruise port. Excellent location for us, near the colosseum. Definitely would stay again :)
The staff came into my room twice to turn off the AC and the lights, one of the times one person was inside and they still turned off the AC, no privacy at all considering they can come in just to check if lights are on or off. Then around 6am the bathroom started gurgling and flushing itself and the staff started cleaning other rooms so noise woke us up. Other than that it was ok. Very nice location
Everything about this place was great from start to finish. The owners contacted me days before my stay and were very helpfull throughout the process, they even gave me recommendations according to my interests.
The room was amazing, super clean and smelled good.
The hotel is super near to the Colosseum and to a subway station that you can use to get everywhere.
I really enjoyed my stay at Residenza Roma Imperiale and would good back any time i’m in Rome.
Alessandro and Patrizia were very nice and accommodating.
The room was very clean with a nice bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for lunch and dinner as well as directions for meeting with our excursion as well as other important sites to visit.
We wanted to stay close to the main historical sites to cut down on taxi and Uber fees. This location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. Patrizia was a fantastic host and super helpful. Room was cleaned each day. This is not a hotel, it’s similar to staying in an apartment but no kitchen and it met our needs. Thanks!
We just stayed here and we loved the location, it was no more than a 20 minute walk to wherever we wanted to go. The room was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful!
Very comfortable room with nice amenities. Also located in a great location around the corner from the Colosseum. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
A very nice place to stay in the heart of Rome. Walking distance to the coliseum, the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. A lot of thoughtful touches too, like an assortment of snacks in the room and premium toiletries in the bathroom. The owners are also very helpful
I loved the location. Patrizia the manager amazing. The rooms are very spacious and only 5 of them. All good restaurants around specially the one on your left when you exit the hotel owner super nice and great food at not a crazy price.
A little confusing check in instructions and time however the space was beautiful, the staff were nice and accommodating and the location was incredible.
We had such a wonderful stay! Patricia and Alessandro made our stay so carefree, by arranging transportation from the airport and to the port. They were very kind, attending and easy to communicate with. The location is ideal, with restaurants, stores and major attractions just a few minutes away.
Residenza Roma Imperiale was a fantastic "hotel". Our flight got moved and we needed to stay an extra night and our host was very accommodating. The location was surrounded by a ton of restaurants to choose from and a 5 min walk from the Colosseum. I would definitely stay here again!
Booking and communications were excellent. Before arriving I was contacted to confirm arrival time as it’s not a manned reception. The location is excellent close the colosseum and Roman forums, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Walking distance to the train station and other attractions.
Hotel managers Patrizia and Alessandro were very kind and helpful. Willing to help with taxis and other requests if needed. The rooms and amenities were great. There was a little kitchenette available for use with coffee machine and chilled water etc. Could also store bags before departure flight.
Overall we loved our stay, and the location was a huge selling point. Would definitely stay again. Rome is a busy city so expect some noise but we found the hotel relatively quiet late night.
Very close to Coliseum and Fori Imperiali . Large room , very clean and some few snacks as a complimentary. First floor . A little noise due to the high traffic .
