I cant say enough good things about this property and staff. The place was clean, using the keys was easy, the elevator was a nice touch. It was quiet every night, plenty of water on the premises, a microwave, a coffee maker, and small beverage fridge. Breakfast is provided daily, fresh towels when needed, and they make your bed daily. They always communicated clearly, helped up with recommendations and travel tips, and gave us advice for our stay. The tv in the room was set up so that you can connect your Netflix, prime, and YouTube accounts. The WiFi was fast. The AC worked and felt great. If i absolutely had to pick something negative it will be that there was a limited number of restaurants or grocery stores immediately outside the door. I don’t think it was a problem because the most we walked to find a place to eat was 6 minutes. I will be recommending this place to friends and family when they are in Rome. You can walk to the Coliseum, the Trevi Fountain, and to the metro to catch the train to the Termini. This place was amazing.

The owner is wonderful, we loved our stay. A quick 10 minute walk to the train station and a supermarket nearby. We loved having the breakfast and espresso that was offered. Everything was clean and neat. Great place!!! Highly recommend it.

The place was great for our 2 night stay in Rome. It was close to a bus stop which was convenient when getting place to place. They gave us complimentary breakfast each day which was very nice and helpful to jump start our touristing days! They had housekeeping both mornings. It was smaller than we thought, but the AC made up for it! It was very nice having it during the heat wave that was happening at the time.

I enjoyed the clean and simple room. It was air conditioned which made it very pleasant to arrive to after a long day. We felt safe it was in a charming old building and we felt very secure. It is walking distance to the supermarket and metro. Metro drops you off right at the colosseum. Clean and quiet neighborhood. The only thing I didn’t like was that I HAD to get Euros to pay the city tax. I had been paying with my card for everything and at the last minute I was told I couldn’t use the card to pay for this. So I had to make an unexpected withdrawal at the bank and the closest one was a 15 min walk. And the fees were horrible. Overall, I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and provided lots of advice for Romem via What's App and verbally when we meet them. The property is only a1km easy walk away from the Colesseum with the subway and a grocery store only 300m. Like any big city, parking is available but I would recommend taking the train from the airport which connects to the subway system.

This property is a few minutes walk to the metro and just down the block from a grocery store. A neighborhood & business location for locals, and we found some cute restaurants a few blocks away. Hour long walk from Trastevere, 30ish minute walk to Colosseum. Ubers will cost about 20€ - 30€ to get to all the monuments one way. It was 75€ to get to the airport. The daily service and breakfast was re-stocked and free daily. Bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable and memory foam. We slept like rocks. The owners were so fast to answer any questions on WhatsApp and the instructions very clear and detailed. Thanks Alessandro and Francesca for a great stay!

Room was very clean, very simple check in and check out, the amenities for breakfast were good and the host was very accommodating getting me things for my dietary requirements. There is a Metro station nearby which will shortly be opening, which makes it even more appealing in the very near future. Otherwise, San Giovanni is only 8-10 minutes walk (Line A). The supermarket nearby is ideal for supplies. I would stay again.

Great place for affordable price

The place is clean and nice. There is no 24/7 reception but the manager is available by WhatsApp all the time and answered all our questions. Even thought the hotel is not located in the center of Rome, there is a plenty of public transportation around which makes it easy to get anywhere you want. We enjoyed our stay and I would go again.

Lovely stay!

Beautiful hotel and a great walking location to the colosseum. Communication with the hosts was clear and friendly. Nice touch having a basket of breakfast stuff and mini fridge in room which is refreshed each day, alongside the self service breakfast & coffee.Which allows for more flexibility
