The rooms are spacious and well stocked. I loved the ability to do my own laundry. Bedding was comfortable and the locale was free of nighttime sound disturbances. Bathroom was also well stocked with shampoo/conditioner/ body wash and lotion. I will very likely return to this establishment.

Look no further. I spent hours looking for a place to stay. This is a great property! It is a full apartment with a kitchen and washer and dryer. It is very modern and spacious. The apartment was very clean and the shutters that roll down on both windows helps with sleep. The neighborhood is great! There are many food options close. Check-in was a breeze. I will stay here in the future.

This was the perfect place for a long stay. We liked the brightness and the balconies. Also super good was the washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of dishes for when we ate in and coffee with creamer in the morning was great. Super easy check-in and check-out and very centrally located for all things Rome! The only bad thing was the neighborhood was very noisy.

This place was excellent—perfectly suited for two adults and two teenagers. The amenities were great, and the location was ideal, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were very responsive and helpful, both before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and laundry, making it very comfortable for a family of four. The only downside was the city tax, which is standard in Europe, but it wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Instead, we were informed at check-in and asked to pay €95, presented as a “small fee.” Overall, a fantastic stay with just that one minor surprise.

Everything we needed for a family stay. Apartment was super clean and was very well maintained. Walking distance from the train station (10-15 mins) and around 20-25 mins walk to the main restaurant district of Trastevere. We even walked to the Vatican and Rome centre in about 45 mins but busses are plentiful. Fabulous street market outside the apartment on Sundays. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed four nights.Very clean and modern apartment. A/C works well.The area is safe with a very good transport to everything. The wifi doesn't work at all, but for as that wasn't a problem. And Yes , I recommend Numa.

Good property and nice apartment. Conveniently located. The building has some units rented by numa and other owned by local residents. The fire alarm has issues. In our 3 night stay 2 nights were ruined by fake fire alarms. On day 3 we were out on the street for more than 2 hours as the alarm went offf 4 times and security didn’t arrive for an hour!! Very disappointed ting experience for the money I paid.
