"Strange place. No tissue or soap bars in bath and more importantly no shelf or surface for toiletries. Good location. Room comfortable and furnished ok. but — another oddity — there’s neither a closet nor any other place else to hang clothes. Apparently no on-site staff. All communications electronic and all access is by codes and touchpads. I won’t return."

"It’s inevitable that sometimes, things don’t go well, and that is when you test the real customer service. I had a couple of hiccups during my stay and the providers tried their best to fix it. I was happy and everything went well. However just because it’s important to get things fixed. The air conditioning in the bedroom Doesn’t work! And to do two nights with that heat wasn’t pleasant…..
