Property was a little difficult to find as there is no signage.Gordon the host was most helpfull.He rooms were very spacious and very clean however a little tlc would be good,the bathroom is in need of a good refurb bath area is tatty toilet flush was intermittant and sink didn't drain properly get these issues sorted and it would be good in a good location

The B&B is located at a very good place in Rome especially if you would like to visit the historical town and Vatican. With public transport we were able to reach all of our destinations within a city within 5 stops. The room was a bit small, but enough if you are visiting the city. The service was OK, in the morning a bit noisy when they are preparing the breakfast.

I Would Definitely Stay Here Again!

Our first B&B fell thru (call place directly to confirm all your bookings!) and we booked Flowers B&B 2 weeks before our trip. We stayed 3 nights. This is a good place to land in Rome. Not fancy but comfortable and clean. It's an apartment on the (American) 1st floor of an apartment building. 4 guest rooms and a very small kitchen/reception area at the end of the hall. Many good things about this place. It's one block from the Lepanto Metro station. So easy to navigate the city. Just about every bus line stops at the Lepanto Metro. Use Goggle Maps! Safe neighborhood. Lots of shops around. The AC was wonderful in hot Rome. Memory foam mattresses. Private bath. Very clean. Wi-Fi. You get your own box in the big refrigerator. We went to local shop and got some food. For an extra 5 Euros each you can get breakfast delivered to your room between 8-10am. It was worth it on the days we didn't need to be out the door early. Gordon is the person who manages the place and he is very friendly, speaks passable English and did a wonderful job. He doesn't stay there all day, so you have to let him know when you are coming. Only thing I would change is the key to front door of apartment building was very tricky to use. We learned to pull key up, and then turn.

One night stay in Rome

We stayed for one night at the Flowers Houspitality Bob. Karen and Gorden were very helpful arranging for transport from the airport and getting us a taxi the next day to the train station for our journey to Naples. The room was spacious by European standards, clean and comfortable. It is an older property and shows some wear and tear but we were satisfied with our stay and would book here again.

Muito boa localizacao, muito perto da estaçao de metro LEPANTO, em zona residencial e calma. Gordon, staff, é muito educado e eficiente para qualquer ajuda. Unico ponto "negativo" é banheiro que ja precisa de reforma (nada que comprometa) e chuveiro que é dificil de controlar a temperatura da água. Ah e o barulhinho de manha pra organizar o otimo cafe da manha na cama pode incomodar um pouco pessoas com sono leve como meu caso. Cafe Nespresso liberado (self service).

Perfect hotel to explore Rome on a budget.

My wife and I along with our 2 children stayed at this B and B for 4 nights and had an amazing time . It's location is perfect 2 minutes from metro station and 5 minutes from shops. Our room was perfect and very clean would definitely recommend.

otima localizacao, porem apartamento velho demais

do que gostei: localizacao muito boa (na esquina da estacao de metro Lepanto-linha A), arredores do hotel bom, staff (incluindo gerencia) superatenciosos, cafe da manha no quarto do que nao gostei: (i) apartamento muito antigo, necessitando de ampla reforma, (ii) paredes finas (ouve-se tudo o que ocorre no corredor e nos quartos vizinhos), (iii) banho dificilimo de regular a temperatura da agua (ou fica muito quente ou gelada), (iv) qualquer quarto vizinho que abra torneiras ja interfere na vazao e na temperatura da agua, (v) internet nao funcionou em boa parte da semana (problema necessitaria de assistencia tecnica especializada, com prazo de 72 horas para execucao). O Staff foi muito atencioso (incluindo a gerencia), porem foram incapazes de solucionar todos esses problemas pois estao relacionados a limitacoes da estrutura fisica e instalacoes. Definitivamente nao teriamos escolhido esse hotel se soubessemos dessas dificuldades todas.

Sono soddisfatta del mio soggiorno nella vostra struttura, unica pecca il bagno con vasca anche se c'è la possibilità di fare la doccia. Avrei preferito una buona doccia. Il bagno andrebbe rimodernato.Servizio eccellente, molto efficiente e gentilissimi. Ottima la colazione. La tassa di soggiorno è un'altra nota stonata in un contesto estremamente positivo. La posizione è strategica, abbiamo parcheggiato vicino al bed and breakfast e abbiamo girato a piedi o con la metro, la cui fermata è a pochi metri. Torneremo sicuramente.

Service irréprochable: Gordon et Karen sont toujours à votre écoute. Bed and Breakfast idéalement situé pour visiter Rome: très proche du Vatican et du centre-ville, et nombreuses possibilités de transport en bus et métro à quelques pas (station Lepanto). Petit-déjeuner ok. Éviter la chambre 105 en raison du bruit incessant d'une pompe à eau. Chambres vétustes mais assez spacieuses. Réfrigérateur disponible.

I was very pleased with this B&B. They communicated with me directly and worked with me as my plans changed. They sent an email after booked, with clear directions to their location.
