The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and unfortunately, there were bed bugs. This made our stay very unpleasant and disappointing.

The staff were super helpful and nice!! But the property is not very well maintained, the walls were stained, they had humidity issues and we had a leak in the ceiling that wet our stuff during the night.

We experienced some issues with the air conditioning, but the staff were very supportive and made several attempts to resolve the problem. The location is perfect. However, the bathroom is very small and could have been designed more efficiently. When sitting on the toilet, I had to place one foot inside the shower area due to the limited space. Additionally, there is a diesel-powered electricity generator in front of the building. Exhaust fumes from the generator can enter the room if the windows are not properly closed by the staff. Overall, the location is excellent and the staff are very helpful, but there is room for improvement in terms of bathroom design and guest comfort.

Great 1-night stay before flying out of Rome; loved the location down a quiet street but still within short walking distance of major sites and about 15 min from the metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the AC worked great, which was a lifesaver in the heat!

We were a disappointed by our stay here. The walls of this hotel were very thin even though the listing said soundproofing, we could hear the person snoring in the room next to us. The bathroom also smelt really bad like sewage especially in the morning. They also only gave a couple small packets of shampoo for a 5 night stay so we had to keep asking for more. Location was central and in walking distance to a lot of things so that was a plus.

It was a lovely, clean place to stay for me and my husband. We were able to get around on foot every place we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Lovely little neighborhood.

Mattress was pretty cheap and uncomfortable, and there was a good bit of wear in tear around the room, particularly in the bathroom. Location was perfect almost half way between the Coliseum and the Vatican which made both of them walkable. Staff was awesome and very helpful with all questions and requests!

Great location and the staff communicate very well via the ap and WhatsApp. We had a mix-up in reservations with flights etc. This hotel was easy to deal with. The location is close to the Vatican, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Great spot!

The location was simply perfect. Best thing was that although the hotel was in the historic city center, it was located on a small side street, and just nearby there were a few really good and reasonably priced cafés and restaurants popular among locals.
