"We travel often and it’s great when you stay at a property that not only gets it right, but excels in every category. This is the Royal Corin hotel. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff handled our check-in with precision and was so welcoming. They handled all the Expedia perks (bottle of wine, room upgrade and welcome drink) and were so nice every time we saw them during our stay. The service at the restaurants and bars is amazing and be sure to say “hi” to Francisco and Tatiana at the pool bar while enjoying the multiple pools and jacuzzi’s! The 5th floor restaurant was really good and we had a good time with the staff. Daily breakfast- nice with the same friendly service you find throughout the hotel. This is a boutique property with an awesome staff. Why stay anywhere else??"

"Love the daily breakfast (fresh fruits, hot food, omelette station, oatmeal’s, etc). Also the pool and hot spring pools were amazing. Towel racks are everywhere around the various pools. We were here in late May and we usually get the hot spring pools all by ourselves. Nice time to visit this area. The bathroom in our room is spacious and very convenient, which makes it easy to shower after spending time in the pools. Dinner was a bit over priced at the main restaurant so we usually uber into town and try different foods. There’s a Chinese place called Dragonfly that’s delightful and a Mexican taco place also amazing called Mexikah Taqueria. The staff around the property were super nice and helpful. We got gifted chocolate treats on the last day and a free bottle of red wine on the first day. They also brought us ice when we ask where to get ice. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I highly recommend at least a two day stay at this resort if you are headed from San Jose to Fortuna. It was lush jungle, felt luxurious, breakfast was great and the hot spring pools relaxing. We only stayed one night unfortunately so we didn’t do any of the offered activities. But we felt highly taken care of and special. The staff addressed us by our names which gave it such a personal touch. We saw some wild life on our own. A couple sloths and motmots and a few other really pretty birds. My favorite part was lounging in the hammock on our front porch. We stayed in the standard room. It was in a row of about 10-20 other little cabins but it was very private! The beds were firm but high quality and comfy. Nice coffee and drinking water available in the lobby. We had dinner at the restaurant because it’s a bit of a drive to find food in town. It was good but about $100 usd for the two of us. I’d definitely come back and stay longer."

"Beautiful, comfortable, clean. The included breakfast was great and had several options. The farm in the back of the property was a huge hit with our family. There was daily cow milking, egg collecting and pony rides. We saw a couple sloths on the property, too! Hotel is about a 10 minute drive from town and has a few restaurant options within a couple minutes drive. On site restaurant is worth checking out as well. Pool was great with plenty of lounge chairs always available. Hot springs were very nice but the weather was too warm for us to spend much time in them this time around. Highly recommended!"
