Room was clean, staff were incredibly friendly and the grounds were beautiful. We especially loved the pool at El Marina, so many fun activities for the kids. Because of the sargasso, the beach was not great but that was our only minor complaint. Little bonus there are many cute animals around the property.

We stayed at Ha and it was much more chill and relaxing. Wasn’t an inconvenience at all to get to other properties. Room had a funny musty/moldy smell Food was excellent. Beach none existent, we went to a beach club 8 mins away.

We stayed here for a week (family vacation). The food was absolutely delicious and the staff very friendly. You need to make dinner reservations but there’s plenty of options to choose from. Most of the pools were a bit cold but that’s to be expected mid-February. We would definitely come back again!

Staff is amazing, the nicest and most accommodating people. Place is nice, beach was not. Also paid for a better room, got a lesser one. Food is mid bit a TON of it everywhere. Its basically an oasis in the middle of a mangrove swamp. Town is close, water was better there. The reef is worth the swim.
