"The location of his hotel is convenient, especially if you’re going to do a boat ride. It is near many clubs/bars/rooftops, so if you’re looking for something quiet this may not be the place for you. We got lucky with a lower level room facing the square, so the sound was not as intense for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast option is totally worth it, I liked the rotating local food options. Rooms are generally clean and housekeeping was great. There is wear and tear, mostly in the bathroom. The whole floor got soaked after every shower because the door had a gap under it and the water drained slowly. Noticed some mildew in the bathroom as well, but hard when you’re in such a humid place. AC in the room was great and provided a place to cool off and relax after walking around in the heat. Rooftop pool was awesome. Overall happy with our stay."

"Wasn't so bad, nearby the old city, some nice restaurants around, some shopping stores, breakfast was excellent, people was nice, only think you hear the people talking outside on the street, stay there two nights.. "

"Two locks on the door, one worked. Not well equipped kitchen, the refrigerator used for storage, freezer used as a refrigerator. Moldy/mildew smell in the bedroom. Bring spray for small bugs in the bathroom. No soap or body soup. Hair product on the sheets, pillow cases, or towels, they will charge for soiling. However, not for make up. I thought laundry was included in rate. Noise from street and rooftop restaurant/bar/night club until 3 to 4am, sometimes later. No pool. The street entrance to the hotel is questionable. No instructions for the TINY safe in the room. The location of the hotel is good, the staff was great."

"My stay here was amazing from beginning to end. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Cartagena. The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything I needed during my stay. The property itself has a beautiful atmosphere and great location, making it easy to enjoy the city while also feeling relaxed and safe. I truly appreciated the hospitality, especially since I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again."
