This was probably one of the best places I have ever stayed. The staff was so amazing, kind and attentive. The rooms were perfect, clean and cherry. We had a balcony that overlooked the city and got to see and hear the city come alive at night. The rooftop restaurant has such good food and the views are breathtaking! They helped us get from the airport to the hotel and then from the hotel to the port. I want to go back to go back to Cartagena for another visit and when I do, I will definitely stay hear.

Very nice property on the backside of the Walled City (away from the noise and hustle and bustle. A booked a getaway with my mother and aunt. We had a great time. Very cleaned property, location is convenient to everything, room was very nice with two separate bedrooms and full bathrooms. Staff were very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again and recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cartagena.

This property stated they had two pools, when they actually had two hot tubs. Rooms were small and when I asked about an upgrade they said they were full. The Hotel has six rooms and a lack of communication within the rooms. They had no phones, but stated they use the What’s Up app. Having never used the app, communication was a challenge. When I question issues with Expedia, they approached me without identifying themselves as employees and told me to leave it immediately. I told them that I would check out in the morning,

O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho de tudo. As instalações são ótimas, e com elevador. O quarto é grande e muito bem decorado. As roupas de cama e banho são de ótima qualidade. O banheiro é grande e bem equipado. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. O café da manhã é no roof top, e você escolhe algumas opções dentre as oferecidas. Não é muito variado, mas é muito bom. Apenas 2 coisas que não gostei: 1) o box do banheiro, que não tem porta, de modo que o chuveiro (que é excelente) molha o banheiro inteiro; 2) o ar condicionado, que está posicionado bem em cima da cama. No entanto, é um excelente hotel e super indico. Se voltar à Cartagena será minha escolha, sem sombra de dúvidas.

This is my husband and my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. The staff were incredible, helpful, friendly, and hard working. They always greeted us with a smile whenever we returned to the hotel, and would ask about our days. It’s in a great location. There’s so many things to do and eat and drink around the hotel. It’s in walking distance to literally everything. We had our own private pool with the room we booked. That alone made us fall in love with the place! This is the first hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Cartagena and it will be the only one anytime we come back! It’s that good!

We had an amazing stay at Townhouse Boutique Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the location in the heart of the historic center was perfect. The rooftop was a great bonus! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The rooms were beautiful. Staff super friendly. The breakfast incuded a hot drink and cold drink plus a meal. I recommend the lemonade. It is freshly squeezed. If you prefer your coffee, latte, cappuccino sweet, make sure to ask for sugar. They will bring it all to your room. We had the waffles w fruit and the perico (eggs) with arepa. Delicious!!!! The staff was so nice and friendly. Every person we encountered was great and very helpful. They gave suggestions and told us where we can go. The only down side was the roof top pool is very small. We didnt use it. There are 2 very small pools. Rooftop bar is nice. Overall 10/10. We loved it here. Its in the center of everything. Right across the street one block over, i was able to get my hair done with a scart with Carol the daughter of Ros. It was the highlight of my trip. You have to stay here.

The room was clean and spacious. Really comfy bed and linens, great shower pressure and temperature, good airco, cute deco. The staff is super friendly. Location is fabulous. Rooftop is the place to be. Nice jazz lounge on weekends too. Harty and delicious breakfast included. A couple perplexing things I have to mention: 1. no coffee/tea maker in the room, although room service is available and included w breakfast. 2. The blue apple private beach club access is included but I had absolutely no idea until we were checking out. Nobody said a thing and there was no indication in the room whatsoever. That is something I would definitely have wanted to do over a rushed Rosario island tour. Next time I guess.
