"The hotel was very quiet. We think its because it caters to conventions and weddings. Our big important item is food and unfortunately we were very disappointed. So much so, that we actually checked out after 3-days and chose a different resort. Our room was only cleaned once in the 3-days we were there as well. The deal breaker was a snake in our swim up tub outside. (terrified of snakes). Overall I was not impressed with this resort"

"Great room and grounds. Food was decent. If you’re looking for the same standard as Excellence Playa Mujeres, it’s just not the same. There isn’t much going on at the resort. Kinda feels like the little sister to the original resort. If you’re looking to relax and not look for much else then this is the perfect place to go. "

"It’s a good hotel if you like noise and partying. The rooms are clean but the food is not great, and I’m sad they don’t have room service even though it’s an all included hotel."

"It’s not fully Ocean view room , some time tower is not clean and cup has others lipstick on. Restaurant always tastes different even you order same thing at same restaurant. Staff - most are friendly, sweat corner staff always not have smile - seem not like this job may be too busy. "

"Excellent service from every one we interacted with! . , Grounds were really well maintained and had a tropical vibe to them. Pools were incredible! Food was incredible! Lots of great restaurants to pick from on site. Beach was really nice too! Definitely do the activities… kayaking…. Snorkeling… jet skis… fishing… So much fun! "
