The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something. We met no pushy sales people. The food was good at the buffet and the restaurants. The resort and staff were very family friendly. When our daughter couldn't participate in an activity one of the staff members chased us down and suggested an alternative for her. The kids pool was so warm and sheltered from the wind. The icecream / coffee shop was a favourite. The pool side lounge chairs were often full but we could usually find couple if we walked to another pool. The evening shows were amazing! We had a great trip!!

Room was very nice and spacious. Only thing I would say about the room is the tub on the balcony being cleaner. Buffet was a 5.5/10, not the greatest but not the absolute worst. The restaurants that we were able to try were really good though and service was great at the restaurants. I will say it’s hard to try them all because some are closed on some days and others require reservations and if you don’t have your reservation you end up missing out. Also for men, make sure to take pants with you, that was one thing our group ran into as a problem. They had dress shorts but still were not allowed into some restaurants because of it which was a bummer.

Beautiful stay and not crowded. We went in September and the beach had lots of seaweed that the resort tried to manage. The food was great!

At first I had miscommunication, but it all worked out! The place is beautiful, the staff is great, quite a bit of things for kids which was great! Food some places were delicious others were typical not bad. The only thing I would say is the Hibachi was preferred guest and then opened to everyone else but not for parties of 12.MTS shuttle services were excellent as well!

Room was clean. Pillows are on the thick side so they weren’t comfortable for us but that’s our specific preference. Really appreciate having the steamer for clothing. Products are so/so-tried to save my liquid allowance in my carryon by planning on using the free stuff in the bathroom-my hair was no having it. Pretty drying! Nice full size lotion much needed after days in the sun, cute Nespresso machine, room service window is such a nice touch. AC issue day one but fixed promptly as was any housekeeping request-they were very fast. The restaurants should open a little earlier-5/5:30. Hibachi was six a fun experience for our families. Random but no enough trash cans around the property. Best part of the resort was that it is pretty small and so easy to get to everything. For this reason, it was much less stressful for our older kids and we were able to give them more independence. The moon palace has more amenities, food options and better restaurants (only slightly) but it was worth it for our situation with multiple families and kids.

Everyone was so friendly. It’s a huge property with lots of pools. The food is good, not great. Our room was clean. I wish the beach had been better. Water isn’t very blue.

Its the largest resort we've stayed in, so there was a lot more walking than I expected. I loved the fact that there are 5 different pool areas to choose from. Loved the lazy river. Loved the spa experience. Wish maybe 1 more eating area, considering the resort holds a lot of people. Also, maybe consider StarLink satelite for internet in the Prefered Lounge area would be nice.
Excellent area for weddings or pictures right in the heart of it all.
So many pool areas and greenery to enjoy.
You have to check out the Spa amenities.
Authentic sauna for viewing pleasure.

The facilities and dinning were great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed dinning in different restaurants every night. The food was outstanding. Lounging by the many pools and swim up bars were great. Romantic dinner on the beach was a great date night too.

Beautiful property - need the tubs on the balconies changed, appear very old and stained. Then there are the very, very hard working staff - worked tirelessly to provide clean environment all the time. They were always very friendly, seeking to be of assistance.
