I cannot say enough great things about this resort! Everything was amazing. The room, the food, the staff. It was the most luxurious hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everyone works so hard to make sure your stay is fantastic. The food here is the best I have ever had.

Spotless with swift service and correction of any issues. The Butler, Alexa, wonderful, attentive, and communicative. Concierge, Marcia, extremely helpful, thorough, and has the warmest energy. A spectacular 4 night getaway with my wife. The food, the cocktails, the grounds all 10/10. What separates this property from others is the room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and the service was unreal. If total relaxation with great food and drink along with unparalleled service is your thing this is the resort for you. Lastly the rooftop pool is unforgettable, we are recharged and missing our trip already.

I don’t usually take the time to leave feedback about hotels, but this time I genuinely want to share my experience. First, the level of customer service is exceptional — truly unreal how good and attentive the entire staff is. The food was amazing as well. Normally by the end of my trips I’m tired of the food, but this place has such great restaurants that we were delighted every single day. The rooms are impeccably clean and spotless. And with only about 80 rooms, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet — definitely not a place for partying, but the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax. 5 stars to this hotel!

The hotel is brand new. The room was wired all over with accommodating features like lighting and ambiance music. You won't find staff anywhere else that will provide this level of service. Marcos and Regina were a cut above. Everyone was friendly and seemed genuinely dedicated to making my stay better and stress-free. The food was so good it made me emotional at times. Cannot say enough good things about this place. 6 stars if i could.

Wonderful stay for 20th anniversary

This is a beautiful resort. The rooms were gorgeous and very high tech. The staff were attentive. It is incredibly peaceful at this resort and you can use the next door hotels if you want a little more action. They also have a lovely garden area in the evenings with live music and dancing which was very enjoyable.

Excellent hotel and staff. You're greeted with a cold towel and specialty drink upon arrival. Check-in is a breeze. We were assigned 2 butlers (am and pm) who contacted for any need. Thank you Alexa, Raul, Christian and the many more people who made our getaway so memorable.

The hotel is just opening the weekend of June 1st, they are opening the first three floors and they are spectacular. We arrived on 5/18 and because they weren’t open yet they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom king at Garza Blanca We have a wonderful time, staff is really attentive and professional, the grounds are immaculate and the food is exceptional We can’t wait to go back Make sure to ask for Christian at the main Pool and the Butler Alexa….they are the best of the best

We initially booked our trip at mousai Cancun. The hotel wasn’t ready so they put us in Garza Blanca( their sister hotel). We were upset at right but they hotel staff took exceptional care of us. Everything was perfect, food was amazing, and the service was unbelievably amazing! I would definitely recommend both of these properties to everyone!

We had an excellent vacation at Hotel Mosai. The staff go above and beyond! The property is so clean because there is constantly someone cleaning somewhere. The food is the best food I've had at an all-inclusive, and we only ate at the Hotel Mosai for 3 days. The one negative was the overwhelming pitch to attend a session to hear about their "other hotels," aka timeshare. I do not appreciate when I clearly decline and the pressure keeps coming. Even with that, the hotel is 5-star. The rooftop pool is sooo cool! The pool staff and the staff at Noi cannot be praised enough. The view from our room's balcony where we watched the sunrise was fantastic!
