"We had a fantastic stay over a 10 day period, October 2026: Pros: Great pools and bars, breakfast amazing, location close to beach and 7 Eleven, rooms clean with interconnecting option, room service was quick, no undisclosed fees or nasty surprises when checking out, easy to get to Patong via a Grab. Cons: Noisy if you have a room near a pool bar, house keeping arrived very late most days (approx. 4pm), although it can' be helped there was a lot of maintenance work going on which meant noise and access issues, get constantly hassled by hotel workers at driveway to use their taxi's. Would I return.. Definitely"

"The bartender from The pool was very RUDE. We asked him few times for few things and he thought that he was doing us a favor by making our drinks. Nice property but their staff needs some customers service training."

"This was the perfect place for my needs! It is perfectly central to the Old Town area and close to all the shopping you could ever want! The staff was so kind and treated me so well. If you are wanting to do the Sunday Night Market this is the perfect hotel, it is literally steps outside the door! And the building itself has beautiful architecture. The room was perfect for me and the bed was so comfy! I will definitely stay here again"

"This is not your regular hotel or guesthouse stay, this feels like family. Very warm welcome and stay from Aoom and Aom, the twin sisters owners. Will definitely return if in Phuket."

"Great hotel in old town, lots of restaurants nearby, easy walk to bus terminal. Staff very welcoming, room clean & spacious, fast WiFi. Only very minor gripe was inconsistent water pressure on the shower. Overall, very pleasant place to stay!"
