We stayed one night because we were flying back home from Paris. The hotel is perfectly located if you need to stay close to the airport. It is nice, clean and has free parking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

It was really good stay in that hotel. The overall quality, service, etc. was really good. We appreciated that. The only think, what I found not that well, was the very small bathroom, which is separated from the bathroom and wash basin.

Hotel is near the airport. If you need a place to crash that is no thrills it will do. Rooms are run down and dirty. My bathroom ceiling was almost falling down. Shower had no door nor curtain to keep the water in. Furniture was peeling. Curtains were dirty. Interior doors had peeling paint. Door knobs were bent and had issues closing the doors. Food especially breakfast is good.

Not happy and would try other hotels.

Although late check-im because of the airport hustle, the beds should have been prepared. We have to make the beds ourselves as we didn't have time to complain as we were so exhausted and just wanted to lay down.

The hotel was quite clean but the room had a weird smell. They did not have milk in the room and barely any coffee or sugar sachets. Staff get funny when you ask for milk and don’t make any effort to bring it to you even though it’s advertised. Doesn’t look like the pictures at all and confused how it’s a Novotel. but it was clean and convenient so overall okay stay.

The fire alarm went off at 1am and it was chaotic. No staff on site to direct people to safety or to communicate what was going on or get people out of the building Everyone just gathered in the foyer. When staff did show up to say it’s ok, most of the communication was in French. We caught the gist of it that someone was smoking in the room and that’s why the alarm went off. Only one staff member on site. He was absolutely lovely but would be nice to have more staff available especially in situations like these.

Bed bugs and worst customers service

The worst customer service we had through Mr Tariq . We the hotel had bed bugs we all suffer. They took €100 deposit and they said when you leave you will get it. But when i asked they said you will get in 24 hours back to your bank. Its been 35 hours and we have not received deposit which i will raise with hotel.com also we paid city tax in advance but they still charged us which also i will raise with Hotel.com.

Disappointing Experience at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna I recently stayed at Novotel Nord Expo Aluna with my family and was profoundly disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were forced to wait at the main gate for an excessive half-hour without explanation or apology, which was particularly distressing as we had children with us. While the initial promise of a discount as compensation was made by a staff member, it was abruptly rescinded when the issue was mentioned to be escalated. The absence of a manager compounded the problem, and the lack of empathy and professionalism exhibited by the staff member we encountered in the morning was deeply unsettling. This experience falls far below the standard expected from a reputable establishment like Novotel Hotels. As a loyal customer, I anticipated better treatment and a more effective resolution process. In light of these issues, I urge Novotel Hotels to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate steps to prevent similar incidents in the future. Restoring faith in the quality of service provided by Novotel Hotels is essential.
