The hotel is 5-10min walk from the no.4 metro which is a really great connector for sights in the city, and the walk has bakeries and cafes en route which we found really convenient for breakfast before sightseeing. Clean, quiet and convenient.

Our stay was about three nights and we have experienced a plumbing problem with our room soon our arrival. After reporting it to the reception, the team send somebody to dry the carpet and check the piping. No issue so far. Next day the carpet was soaking wet again so we reported again. The issue was somehow deeper so we got offered a new room. All people involved were super nice to us and helped in any way.

The team were lovely .. when we arrived i asked a ton of questions about how i could get to numerous landmarks and of course disneyland.. we were able to make the most of our 3 days because of how close the hotel is to line 4 which can be connected to the lines for the tourist attractions like Eiffel Tower, and on the opposite end of paris … disneyland.. it's well placed for flying to orly (15mins) so you can make the most of your last day without wondering how your get to the airport on time. Very clean room and had a view of the Eiffel tower which our son loved. Breakfast was good … my son loved the electric Nutella dispenser! We got in quite late from disneyland about midnight and we were met by the hotel security who gave us access to the building which assured us that the building was well managed overnight. Thanks for making our first family city break memorable!

Room too warm and stuffy.

I had an uncomfortable stay in this hotel. The air conditioning was hopeless. It just churned the warm air around the already warm room. The helpful staff got me a room fan but it didnt make any difference. You cant open the room window. Also the lifts in the morning are terrble despite there being 3 only 1 of them actually was working correctly. We eventually took the stairs after waitng 10 minutes.

Hotel where there's NO housekeeping after 3pm

By mistake a do not disturb sign was put on our door. When we came back in the evening after doing sightseeing, i asked for the room to be cleaned. The manager on duty informed that there's no housekeeping staff as they all leave by 3pm. So, I had to make do with a dirty room till the next day. Also, I asked for a 200 Euro bill to be exchanged into smaller denomination which the hotel staff refused, citing company policy. Overall, the staff, particularly the reception staff, other than the old gentleman, who was the person at the reception were helpful and cutreous. The old gentleman at night was most unhelpful.

Tout parfait, chambre, personnels accueil, bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner au top avec des personnes attentionné pour que vous passiez un bon moment. Chambre très silencieuse malgré la proximité du perif. Parisienne. Je recommande et je retournerai sans souci, maintenant que je sais utiliser l’ascenseur 😉 Bonne continuation aux personnels.
