Clean and convenient but my room didn’t have any hangers in the wardrobe or any cutlery or crockery at all

Good location in a safe neighbourhood.
However, the hotel doesn’t allow check-in before 5pm, which is already quite late compared to its peers. No room service if you stay less than one week therefore the towels don’t get changed and no soap and shampoo top up. Need to clear the trash ourselves at the end of the stay.

Overpriced
This hotel is overpriced in my opinion. Paid 254 euros for a night, as there were few options available in the area.
Breakfast is served as roomservice, quality was poor. And there was barely room on a very tiny sidetable to put it on.
And for such an amount of money I would have expected better coffee than just the cheap instant stuff.
The room itself was clean, the bed okay-ish.
I won't be here again..

The property is a decent location with about a ten minute walk to the metro or the tram. Both lines take tou into the centre of Paris. There are some nice Patisserie's nearby for a croissant and coffee for breakfast. The hotel itself doesnt have a cafe as advertised. And no cooking facilities. There are two hobs to cook but no pabs or cooking utensils are provided. There was one teabag to share and no knifes to eat any meals at the room. On Sunday there was no front desk service so after the marathon there was no one to turn on the sauna for us. No room service, no bins emptied and the pilloes provided were poor. Overall a good location but definitely not worth the price for the room.
I went during the Olympics and expected prices to be higher. It's an average accommodation. Staff at reception were very friendly. My main complaint is around the facility. People should know that they do not do daily housekeeping here. Also, on our first night, the lock stopped working and wouldn't open using our keycard (it worked on the main door). We got home at around 1am so we had to call the emergency line. On the 2 consecutive nights that it happened, the people on duty were very rude and made me feel like it was our fault that the lock wasnt working. Neighbours were also very nosy. One opened their door and just stared at us as if we woke her up or something. That really ruined my experience.
The stove also didn't work in the room and I was so turned off by the whole hotel that I didnt bother reporting it anymore. I just wanted to get out of there.
The shower has no door so it created a whole puddle.
I can't recommend this place.
It’s not a full set hotel: no daily room cleaning, which worked fine for us. This makes it much more affordable than similar class hotels. Stayed there on 2 occasions and will go back.
The prices have gone up since the last time - roughly 170€ per night without breakfast and the rooms are not cleaned every day for a stay under 7 days. These rules have changed as I am a regular customer here. I do enjoy the confortable rooms and cleanliness but I may not return.
Stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was a nightmare. Had to pay the deposit for the room, but the moron on reception charged my card instead of placing a hold on the deposit. Still waiting for a refund 10 days later. Communication is extremely poor. I just want my deposit back now. Room itself was ok. Clean enough. Had the feel of a hostel but not to bad. The check in and check out process though. Very poor, very unprofessional.

Unfortunately not what I was expecting
For some reason you don't really feel 'welcomed' really - kind of 'get on with it' approach in 'low level English' (which was the least of my concerns - end of the day we are in Paris). Room was OK - but could been fantastic if they paid attention to details - like shower (you can put anything anywhere), corners seems not be cleaned since opening, all lights don't work, marks (even clean) on bed covers. Luckily it was only one 'trial' night for me - would I return - No. (Maybe just in real "emergency" for one night.)

We reached just an hour before the checkin and it was raining outside, the folks at the reception told us to go outside in a very derogatory way, saying they dont do early checkin. We were tired from the journey and drenched waiting outside. When I asked the receptionist if they can reconsider, they were rude and passed a racist comment on my nationality.
The room was unclean, almost specific to my room, there were not even a bathroom soap. It was a horrible experience.
I would avoid this hotel in the future and recommend others to be careful.
Bonjour,
