I've got the free upgrade to suite which is very comfortable, spacious, and the bathtub is perfect for business travel to relax.the staffs are friendly and helpful and the location is just opposite to the exhibition center which is very convenient. The breakfast provides wide selection of food. Highly recommended.

Room size and staff are nice. The ambience inside the hotel are good but it’s an old town with no much surrounding activities. The hot water didn’t work and the staff had fixed the issue later. Overall the hotel is good if you are ok to stay bit away from the central town.

Good location for the convention centre, very close to metro exit. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but tired - sliding bathroom door does not shut properly, bathroom basin was blocked - staff did not attend despite reporting on first day. Breakfast kept running out of items and generally limited selections.

Very clean, excellent for families

We booked the family double room, it had double bed and double sofa bed so very comfortable for our family of 4. The room was neat, clean, spacious, very comfortable and enough wardrobe space for us to organise our stuff. We had breakfast included in room rate which was good breakfast. Reception staff and cleaning staff very polite and always helpful. There is water dispenser downstairs to fill up water bottles. Metro station is at the doorstep. Some restaurants nearby and also supermarket nearby. Overall very good hotel and we will definitely stay here again.
