The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. . We stayed there because it was near the Gare Montparnasse. Many restaurants and shops around the area.

Unfortunately upon entrance into our room, there was leftover trash in the cabinets. The bathrooms and bedding were not clean. The room was quite cramped. The hotel was unlike the photos on the page. We stayed in the Renoir's "Unic" suites. The online photos felt misleading as the lobby was very nice but we were sent to a room in a separate building down the street - it seems like the hotel had a separate building for our suite and this was unlike the online images. Additionally, they did not provide an iron board as they stated a previous hotel guest was involved in a "fire" incident so they no longer allow irons at the hotel. There were no amenities provided. The room also ran very warm eve with the Air Conditioning/Fan on. While the staff were kind, there was good WiFi, and the location had many food + retail shops nearby, the property itself did not seem to maintain cleanliness.

The place needs some maintenance. Holes in walls, toilet seat loose, our on-the-wall hairdyer contraption that looked like something from the 1960s was held together with tape, are just a few examples. It was however air conditioned which was a Godsent in the heat wave. The staff were also lovely and the location was around many restaurants.

It is close to Gare Montparnasse, and there are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. There is no elevator, so please be careful if you have heavy luggage. The room I stayed in had two rooms, and it was spacious for Paris, which was nice.

Perfectly pleasant hotel.
