Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was clean just carpeted. Bathroom was spacious for being in Europe. Walking distance to Metros and good location overall. Loads of food options if you don’t want to venture too far. Great gluten free bakery a few doors down. Would stay here again.

Location great, staff very friendly, breakfast good, room with a cracked sink, a burnt light bulb, a missing button from the desk, a chipped glass from the nightstand from the down side, and a loose button in the push button of the toilet, nothing that kept my stay not enjoyable but that needs fixing.

Buen servicio pero desayuno deficiente

El servicio es muy bueno, todos son muy amables. Las habitaciones tienen muy buen tamaño pero el baño es muy muy pequeño y llega a ser incómodo. Me gustó que tiene agua muy caliente. El desayuno es muy deficiente, no vale la pena pagarlo. En las habitaciones se escucha el ruido de todos los cuartos alrededor, es muy incómodo también. Está cerca de todo caminando.

Total disappointment compared to other Melia properties we have stayed at. Rooms are degraded and disgusting. The paint is peeling of the walls, toilets are yellow inside. You are not allowed to turn on AC in room based on temperature outside. Handles fall off doors, Doors look like they have been eaten by termites. We only stayed one night and left. We could not stay there any longer. The manager will not give us face after she told us to wait for her 5 mins. We waited 44 ins and she never showed up. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was my 46 bday and my 10 year wedding anniversary. Terrible experience. The rooms do not look like the pictures. Please be aware.

Buena ubicación

Meliá es caballo ganador, buen hotel y muy bien el personal de servicio, habitaciones no muy grandes pero es estándar en Paris, pocos hoteles tienen grandes habitaciones si no es a un precio desorbitado, en general hotel funcional muy buena zona, zona segura,andando a 5’ del arco del triunfo y a 15’ De la Torre.

Do not stay here! Do NOT recommend.

We had a terrible time at this hotel. The rooms are dated, door handles are falling off doors etc. I booked a premium double room and got one with two single beds. The room was extremely noisy. We asked to change it and the staff was extremely rude and said its not their obligation to change it. Finally they agreed. In the new room, the shower gel ran out, the dispenser broke and it took some effort to get that changed. Rubbish was not all cleared either after the turn down service. Upon check out they tried to add on a mini bar charge but we do not drink and did not consume anything from the minibar. Overall, awful service, staff and I would not stay here again if they paid me to do so.

Cannot Recommend This Hotel, It’s Disappointing

We booked a City View room and were put into a non-City View room. The room was tiny, cramped, dingy, and dark with a view of the surrounding buildings. Our request for a refund has not been answered. This was a very disappointing stay in an expensive (for what we got) hotel.
