The hotel was in a good location as expected but there were few things that could have been better. The choice of breakfast was limited especially for the kids. There was only one choice of cereal and croissants. From the hot breakfast it was only scrambled eggs, disappointing especially that I love hot breakfast. Also the sauna was switching off all the time as well as the steam room.The staff were nice but I do think that they had limited offers to guests. The cleaning could have been much better. A lot of webs as well as dead flies. Outdoor tenis court wasn’t ready to use. We enjoyed the nice beds and spacious rooms situated in the quiet area of Meaux, but as I’ve mentioned before everything was limited.I would go back if they fix those details.

Séjour bien , prix un peu excessif pour le bâtiment et les étoiles et pour la chambre . Chambre avec des toiles d’araignées dans les toilette et pas mal humidité au fenêtre. Un petit plus un peignoir pour chaque personne dans la salle de bain au top. La personne à l’accueil vraiment très bien et très gentil et franchement très professionnel. Le bâtiment et l’hôtel est ancien.

Une déception vite oubliée

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet établissement, sur photo tout paraissait idyllique. A l'arrivée, nous avons été surpris, l'hôtel paraissait non entretenu de l'extérieur, ensuite on nous explique que l'espace piscine, sauna ...est fermé...grosse déception nous l'avions choisi pour ces équipements. Au final, je retiens un très bon accueil, une chambre et les espaces intérieurs conformes aux photos. Nous étions 3, nous avions la suite junior très spacieuse, nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est bonne et l'atmosphère très calme. L'hôtel est situé à 15-20min de Disney, du centre commercial Val d'Europe et du Centers parcs ( où vous pouvez passer quelques heures pour vous baigner 😉). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour l'accueil !!!

Endroit agréable dommage que celui ci soit mal entretenu c'est un gachis !! Le lavobo du sauna est sale ainsi que les fenêtres de la piscine et le sol. Dommage car nous avions été dans de domaine il y a 3 ans et celui ci etait mieux entrenu on autait dit presque qui les laissé ppur abandon . Chambres restent propres neanmoins.

A peine arrivées alors que nous parfumions la chambre pour masquer une odeur d’assainissement et que nous faisions la chasse aux punaises (insectes), le directement de l’établissement nous a fait savoir que nous faisions trop de bruit !!! Nous avons réglé pour deux nuits mais nous nous sommes sauvées dès la première.
