"Great location. We were on the 7th floor overlooking the lake and Lotte tower. The view was great night and day.
The cleaning staff was friendly. The hotel decor might not be to everyoneโs taste but it was clean and well stocked with amenities.
Would definitely stay again if back in that area. "
"Owner helped carry bags up to the third floor as there is no elevator. Everything was provided in the room and the TV even had access to Netflix and YouTube. "

"Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. However, the ambiance was extremely weird - old building, small hotel (~35 rooms), hallways and rooms painted black, eerie decor and mirrors. It felt a little bit creepy as the building was old, elevator was tiny, and there was only one window that was "crank open." The hotel also did not exist on google maps, though it did on Naver with very limited information.
Despite this, the staff was very accommodating when we asked for extra blankets, pillows, etc. They also held a lost item we went back for the next day, so no issues with the service. The room and mirrors were all very clean and is made up of old brick walls and black paint. It was roomy enough for 3 people and the bathroom was spacious as well. I probably wouldn't stay here again just because of the vibes, but the hotel would work for a budget stay or if nothing else is available. "
